When will my order be shipped?


Most orders will be processed and shipped out in 3-5 business days.
Please keep in mind, most orders do not ship on weekends or on major US and Chinese holidays.

 

 

How quickly are orders delivered after shipment?


After your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5-20 days.
Please keep in mind that an order made on a weekend or holiday may be delayed
past the estimated delivery time.

 

 

How much does shipping cost?


The shipping fees on every product are covered by us.
You will never have to pay for shipping – no exceptions.

 

 

How can I track my order?


After your purchase, a link will be sent to the email associated with the order.
This will allow you to see updates on the order and track it.

 

 

Can I change or cancel my order?


Most orders can be cancelled within two days after the purchase.

Can I return or exchange an item I’ve purchased?
